Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You have [30/60/90] days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges
  • Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your item you have 14 days to return it as in the state it was received. A 20% restocking fee may be applied. The purchaser will pay for the return shipping, of course if it was our mistake, we will cover the return shipping and waive the restocking fee
  • We do not accept returns on “new old stock” items, carburetors, electrical parts, apparel, lubricants & used parts unless the parts sent were defective.
  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps :-

  • Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item, first send us an email at (company email) once we have been notified, you can send your item to the address as listed above. Exchanges must be within a 14-day period of when the item was originally purchased.
  •  To initiate a exchange, please follow these steps :-

  • Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  • Approval: Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you exchange instructions.
  • Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Some banks allow up to 10 to 15 business days to process the refund. Please be patient during this period should you experience this delay.
  •  Note: Customer must cross check the item with its O.E Number before buying the Item, If there is no O.E number then first inform the company and ask information about the product.
